Snoop Dogg is releasing a new album produced by Dr. Dre, the West Coast rap legend has announced.<\/p>\n

Smith\u2019s Know Mercy podcast, where he revealed the project is called Missionary and is due to be finished in November, although it\u2019s unclear how soon it will be released.<\/p>\n Next month will mark 29 years since Snoop and Dre joined forces on the former\u2019s first album Doggystyle, which extended the winning partnership they formed on 1992\u2019s The Chronic \u2014 to record-breaking sales.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ma tell you this, you\u2019re the first one to hear this: me and Dr. Dre have been working on an album for the past two months,\u201d Snoop said at the 34:30 mark.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd it\u2019ll be done in November. It\u2019s produced by Dr. Dre, it\u2019s our 30th anniversary to Doggystyle. And the name of the album is Missionary.\u201d<\/p>\n When Smith asked: \u201cWhy that name?\u201d Snoop replied: \u201cThe first album was Doggystyle,\u201d prompting a roar of laughter from the sports personality. \u201cThat is beautiful. I love it, man,\u201d Smith commented.<\/p>\n Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre have dropped numerous teasers about new music plans in recent months. In August, the legendary duo were spotted in the studio with Eminem, who posted a photo of their session on Twitter with the caption: \u201cjust a few bros..hangin out.\u201d<\/p>\n \n Weeks later, more photos of Snoop and Dre\u2019s studio reunion surfaced, showing the longtime collaborators sharing a laugh while seemingly getting down to serious business. Diddy also swung by the session and revealed Dre coached him through a vocal take, calling it a \u201cdream come true.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201c[Dre and I] are cooking up a little something,\u201d Snoop told ET at the premiere of his Day Shift movie in August. \u201cI don\u2019t wanna talk about it too much, but we\u2019re back together again.
