Mac Miller\u2019s second posthumous album, Balloonerism, has arrived alongside a short film more than six years after the rapper\u2019s untimely passing.<\/p>\n

Recorded between 2013 and 2014, the 14-track project, released Friday (January 16), follows 2020\u2019s Circles.<\/p>\n

SZA, who features on \u201cDJ\u2019s Chord Organ,\u201d took to social media shortly after Balloonerism dropped to pay tribute to Mac Miller.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love my friend I miss my friend,\u201d she wrote. \u201cGrateful he saw something in me before most and treated me w love from day 1 . Wish he could see how right ab everything he truly was . Please go stream Balloonerism RIGHT NOW.\u201d<\/p>\n

The album dropped alongside an animated short film directed by Samuel Jerome Mason. The film was screened at selected cinemas before the project\u2019s release and is also available to stream on Amazon Prime.<\/p>\n
