COMPLETED! Website & Server Maintenance Alert!

COMPLETED!  Migration to our new server is completed.  Downtime/offline was less than 10 minutes.

We are migrating to a new server (more secure and storage) on December 13-14, 2023.   EnjoyTheBEATZ.com Remix Club may temporarily be offline during the migration.  We will update this post and remove the top banner alert when the migration has been completed.

RESOLVED! Maintenance: One-Click / 1-Click Buy Feature Temporarily Disabled.

Issue Resolved on 08/09/2022 at 11AM PST.

The One Click/1-Click Buy Feature for Club Credits is currently disabled.

Reason: Version Update issue. We are working with the company that provides us the One Click/1-Click Buy option for all Club Credit users. They recently changed their name and we are working with them to properly update this feature on our site. We estimate that the feature will be back online on or before August 13, 2022 12AM PST.

Can I still use my Club Credits?
Yes, simply add remixes to Your Cart. Then during Checkout, simply select your Payment Method as Club Credits. This will complete your order and allow you to download your remixes.

Reported Issue: Unable to Download Remixes

We recently received a few reports of customers not being able to download their purchased remixes.

Affected timeframe: July 14, 2021 to July 17, 2021

When you clicked to download the remix, it would redirect you to a page displaying: “File not Found, go to Shop”.

We were able to duplicate and confirm the issue.

At this time: July 17, 2021 7PM PST, the issue has been fixed.

However, any customers that need their Download Limits reset or still experiencing problems with downloading over the past 72 hours / 3 days, please contact us immediately > support@enjoythebeatz.com for assistance.

Issue Reported: Previews are not loading or take several minutes

Issue:  When clicking on the Play Button to listen to a Preview, the remix did not play or took several minutes to load/play.

Resolved:  We have adjusted settings to allow the Preview to “PRE-LOAD” a page which will cut down on the time it takes for it to play.  Note: There still may be some delay on Previews of remixes that exceed 10 minutes.  To repeat, the PRE-LOAD of previews is for a single page of 50 remixes.

ALTERNATIVE:  Previews are still available under the Remix description section.

We will continue to monitor and correct this issue.  We recommend if a Preview does not load, try another Preview or refresh you browser.
