See All the Rappers Touring in 2025

There’s no money like show money and dozens of rappers are hitting the road on tour in 2025.

Touring has been the lifeblood for many hip-hop artists over the years as it gives them the opportunity to get in front of their fan base, promote new music and stack some coin in the process. Following a lull after the pandemic, live shows have been back in full swing and 2025 looks to be a big year to see some of your favorite rappers live and in the flesh.

Coming off his chart-topping Chromakopia album, Tyler, The Creator already hit the road for the first part of his Chromakopia World Tour stateside. He’ll hit Europe then return back to the U.S. this summer with Lil Yachty and Paris Texas, who join Tyler on the massive tour, his biggest jaunt to date. Kendrick Lamar is also on the road in promotion of his new GNX album. Dot has taken his former labelmate SZA to perform on the Grand National Tour, which is already breaking records.

Playboi Carti is hitting the road after releasing his highly anticipated Music album earlier this year. In October, he is taking the entire Opium crew on the Antagonist 2.0 Tour. Lil Wayne is promoting his highly anticipated Tha Carter VI album with The Carter VI Tour. Other big acts hitting the road in 2025 include Chris Brown (Breezy Bowl XX Stadium World Tour), Doja Cat (Ma Vi Tour) and more.

Some artists have already wrapped up major tours, including ScHoolboy Q, Cordae and others. Cardi B is getting the jump on 2026 by announcing in September that she is going on tour to promote her sophomore album, Am I The Drama?, next year.

AI Eminem: The Mixtape We Can’t Ignore, But Must Defend Against

AI Eminem’s mixtape raises tough questions about authenticity, creativity, and whether Hip-Hop’s essence can survive in an artificially generated future.

Artificial intelligence is, in many ways, the great scoundrel of our age. The technology has barreled into creative spaces without checks, balances or any real regard for the fragile ecosystem of artistry. Right now, it feels less like innovation and more like the mass production of counterfeit creativity. And yet, every so often, an exception emerges that forces even the staunchest critic to pause.

Someone recently stitched together an entire mixtape of “AI Eminem” with the name Dope Sick. The creators didn’t just mimic Slim Shady. They did the unthinkable: they trained the machine to channel early-2000s Marshall Mathers with frightening precision. There are some glitches, but it truly sounds close to the raw, unfiltered Em that many fans still long for. Hardcore listeners immediately know it’s not Marshall Mathers. But to the casual ear, it sounds like unreleased material from a prime era, once thought to be long gone.

In the early 1900s, Walter Benjamin made a now-famous argument in The Work of Art in the Age of Mechanical Reproduction. He theorized once art is endlessly replicated, it loses its “aura.” He said that its unique presence was tied to time and place. AI Eminem, despite how it feels, has no aura. It’s just a damn simulacrum that tricked me—tricked us—into nostalgia. And that’s what bothers me.

This digital quandary raises existential questions for every creator. What happens when machines can convincingly replicate the artistic peaks of our icons? On the other hand, what if the real Slim Shady decided to use this technology as a mirror, a way to rediscover the old him, the cadences or some new demented inspiration? This is the messy reality of artistry smashing into the algorithm.

Revenge is a dish best served after it’s been set out to chill. Following his epic battle with Kendrick Lamar, Drake might be ready to get back at everyone who gave him the cold shoulder with a new solo album he’s been teasing for the past several months titled Iceman.

Drake Teases New Album

Aubrey has been doing some frigid foreshadowing for the past several months. Back in February, he teased the LP during an Anita Max Win Tour stop in Australia.

“Eventually, when the time is right, Drizzy Drake alone by himself is gonna have to have a one-on-one talk to y’all,” he told the Australian crowd. “When the time is right, I’ll be back with another album—a one-on-one conversation with y’all that you need to hear.”

The following month, he shared an ominous message on Instagram that appeared to reference his return. “U know I grew up non confrontational and always treated this game as a sport where my pen won gold, but my these days the podium has been hard for all of us to ignore,” it read.

“I understand that this next chapter may leave you feeling uneasy, but I hope you see my honesty as clarity not charity that answers some questions especially about the unanswered texts you’ve been sending me,” Drake added.

Since then, Drake’s provided more icy implications. In April, he appeared on a livestream with Adin Ross where he teased the new album. He did so while rocking a hoodie with “ICEMAN KIMI” stitched on it—a nod to F1 legend Kimi Räikkönen.

The following month, Drake shared an Instagram post with a carousel of photos with the caption “Iceman.” The post featured a signed George Gervin jersey—a former NBA legend known as the Iceman. The other pictures included iced-out jewelry and a painting of an icy mountain scene.
